Assistant Production Manager (Spokane)
Intermountain West Insulation’s Spokane branch currently seeks an Assistant Production Manager. This position is accountable for assisting and overseeing daily production operations of our crews. Approximate hours will be 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in scheduling and dispatching crews for assigned projects
• Overseeing crews on a day-to-day basis
• Communicating with crews as needed to problem solve
• Communicating with customers
• Assisting with monitoring inventory
• Monitoring vehicles and equipment
• Management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established

Required skills/attributes:

• Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic mechanical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to think independently and plan ahead
• Can effectively communicate job expectations (planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions)
